Cancelling an order

You can cancel your Feleria order free of charge as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email support@feleria.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (product must be unused and unopened).

Subscriptions

If you're on a subscription, you can skip, pause, or cancel future refills anytime before the next billing date via the Manage My Subscription link. See our Subscription Policy for details.
