Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your Feleria order is on its way, including a tracking link.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is included with the Buy 3, Get 2 Free bundle.

Track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Order page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@feleria.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
