We stand behind FELERIA. Supplements take time to work, so we give you a full 12 weeks to judge the results and a 90-day window to ask for your money back.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your order date for a refund of the product price. You can request a refund whether the product is opened or unopened — we want you to actually try it. This applies to your first order of a given product.

How to request a refund

Email support@feleria.com with your order number and a brief note. We'll confirm your refund and let you know if we need anything back. We may ask you to return remaining product; if we do, we'll provide instructions.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal from your account or by emailing us. Orders already shipped are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
